Record of Decision (ROD)
The ROD states what the decision is, identifies alternatives considered, states whether all practicable mitigation measures were adopted, and if not, explains why, and commit to a monitoring and enforcement program to insure implementation of mitigation measures. The ROD is not available until the Final EIS/LEIS has been written and the analyses of environmental impacts are final.
