The Draft EIS/LEIS
The Draft EIS/LEIS is a study of potential environmental impacts, both positive and negative, that may result from the proposed action and alternatives. The Draft EIS/LEIS is now available for review. Comments on the Draft EIS/LEIS that were received during the initial public review period (August 10, 2012 – November 8, 2012) and the re-opened public review period (January 11, 2013 – February 11, 2013) will be considered for the Final EIS/LEIS.
